- WSWilliam Scott SimonMar 12, 20261.0Drove to this location for the first time today. There were no hours on the drop off box for pickup. I went to the front door, and it was locked. Days and hours were clearly posted on the door. It's obvious there's a severe staffing shortage with USPS. But they need to do a better job of communicating with the public not to go somewhere and waste their time.

Every time I go there she gives me hard time she has a mean attitude and isn’t helpful at all. She’s need to retire from her job or be demoted from position.

Devin, from another location, called Ms. Linda after hours and she answered and took the time to assist me with my issue. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated. It says a lot about a location when the staff is willing to go above and beyond, even outside of normal business hours. Based on that experience alone, I’m very impressed.
