I received terrible front desk customer service today at 9:14 a during what should have been just a quick and simple 2 min transaction, if that. The female worker was aggressive & seemed irritated to be asked simple, polite questions and repeatedly refused to take my certified letter- she kept directing me to walk over to the box. She stated they do not take certified letters, which as a business owner who mails things often, I have never heard of. When I asked how would I track it, she asked me where was my receipt. I informed her it was misplaced. She snatched the mail to then accept it and was clearly unhappy about it. I have filed a complaint because a lot of the vulnerable frequent this location, and though we all deserve professionalism and common courtesy, the elderly especially do and this person’s impatient, lazy demeanor was so unnecessarily outrageous that it is indicative of a culture there, not an isolated incident. I can’t imagine what would happen if this aggressive, unapproachable person encountered a patron who was half as irritated, discourteous and rude as she is. USPS- please review the recording of this transaction and contact me. Thank you.

My wife constantly gets poor customer service at this location. And today, they wouldn't allow a package to our granddaughter at an overseas military base that had a kids kit to make a bracelet. They claimed it was an export.

Get ready for a truly unprofessional and unhelpful experience when you visit this location. Only experienced one kind and helpful worker here, she was excellent. Others, not so much. I’m sure they are overworked, underpaid, but to take that misery out on the public is so unfortunate. Seems to have a lot of bottom of the barrel employed here. So understand that and you will be just fine, exactly as expected for north county businesses.

To start, the lady in front of me was an elderly lady and the ladies were extremely rude to her. I handed the lady the things that I needed mailed and told her I need post card stamps. She rolled her eyes and said I can drop those in the box and they don’t carry postcard stamps. How does the post office not carry post card stamps?! Never going to this location again.
