The level of customer service that I received from a gentleman who was the manager, Jamie, was beyond excellent! Unfortunately, an item that I had shipped from that location to my son who is in the Marine Corps was misplaced during the past recent Holidays. Since my son was unable to come home for the Holidays, the package contained both gifts for his birthday and also Christmas. The manager, Jamie, was exceptionally helpful. I feel 100% confident that this UPS Store was NOT involved or responsible for this error of loss, and I really do believe this happened well after this package was out of their hands. Jamie continued to track the package for me and actually reached out to me with the status at a later date. He ensured that this situation was handled properly, although it was not his fault. I am extremely appreciative and very impressed with his professionalism, and politeness. Jamie sets an excellent example because you can also see that same great attitude and commitment in his staff.

I love this location! I’m always able to go in and not wait extremely long. Plus they have A1 customer service every time! They’re personable, they speak, and they always have a smile on their face. Whoever does the hiring here needs to hire everywhere lol

This was an excellent experience. I was able to walk in to see the line for service clearly marked. The rush hour line moved quickly. The staff were friendly and thoughtful.

This review is as of December 7th. I had a package to drop off and was at the store at 2:05pm only to get there and they closed. A postal customer was walking out who told me they closed at 2pm. There were 3 employees inside who let people stand outside and just looked at them. And no sign on the door. They are supposed to be open until 3pm on Sundays.
