Jarred again helped me with my printing, scanning and shipping. Never a word of hesitant. He was helpful to another gentleman as well. We both wanted to tip him as a thank you but turns out he is not allowed to accept it. Mann, I hope Fedex is paying him well.

It is absolutely a shame what folks are able to get away with when they are working in a predominantly black community. This same African-American worker wouldn’t have dared to behave in such a fashion if they were serving me in Ladue Or better yet, if I was white, regardless to the fact that they themselves were black.

- EPElaine PalliserSep 20, 20251.0Just stopped in to print off an important 9-page packet. It took over a minute for the email to pop up (being charged the entire time) so I can access. Was having issues finding the color printer option and asked a Fed Ex person who walked by if he could assist me. He smugly said, “I’m not on the clock,” and kept walking while never looking up from his phone to behind the main desk. I finally figured it out myself almost before time out and I didn’t have enough money added to print. So I had to log out and log back in to try to print. It didn’t print correctly and I was looking for someone to help (while I’m being charged for time) but there was only one kid helping the constant barrage of people with packages so no one was going to help me. I finally gave up, $20 later and no packet. Waist of time and money.
