- MJmarvis jonesFeb 12, 20261.0Had the employee to fax 10 sheets single sided paper for me with a toll free telephone number. I got charged $2.40 a sheet total $24.00 to my surprise. This absolutely is price gouging. Please do not used this service from them. Afterwards, I called the public library and they charge.25 per sheet. Highly recommended using the library for saving since, I’m a senior citizen. They should verbally quoted the price before doing the service. This is only pertaining to the fax service. Employees were nice, but I had to wait 20 minutes for the fax to thru.

The tone used—such as making comments like “I’m proud of you” while giving directions—was inappropriate and came across as belittling, not helpful. Customers are not children, and communication should be respectful and professional at all times. Because this is a customer-facing role, how customers are spoken to matters greatly. This interaction reflected poorly on the store and should be addressed, potentially through a coaching discussion or additional training focused on respectful communication.

Jarred again helped me with my printing, scanning and shipping. Never a word of hesitant. He was helpful to another gentleman as well. We both wanted to tip him as a thank you but turns out he is not allowed to accept it. Mann, I hope Fedex is paying him well.
