    Been here for the first time few weeks back. Jarred was super helpful and kind. I went in today as well. As always everyone was super kind and helpful. Jarred again helped me with my printing, scanning and shipping. Never a word of hesitant. He was helpful to another gentleman as well. We both wanted to tip him as a thank you but turns out he is not allowed to accept it. Mann, I hope Fedex is paying him well.

    In what universe can a worker look a customer dead in the face without responding to a simple question regarding if this was the correct counter for handing over packages for shipmen? It is absolutely a shame what folks are able to get away with when they are working in a predominantly black community. This same African-American worker wouldn’t have dared to behave in such a fashion if they were serving me in Ladue Or better yet, if I was white, regardless to the fact that they themselves were black.
