Much of this is met with no resolution or ability to get things resolved. They simply pass the buck and move on. Some of the clerks have absolutely awful attitude issues as well.

Called to inquire and was repeatedly told they could not assume why they scanned it that way and couldn’t do anything about it. Second issue stated they needed an access code to get through.. I don’t even have a gate
