  I have an Active UPS My Choice Premium account for recieving packages and it is always a waste of money. However I shipped something with UPS for the 1st time and I highly recommend going to USPS instead. UPS said they had an employee on their 3rd day assisting me alone in the store that wasn't busy and that's why I couldn't get any answers or help in the store while actively trying. She did what she thought to do but dismissed all of my questions and wouldn't explain anything to me and when I was trying to get explinations she was trying to rush me out of there saying its all fine and she wouldn't explain. If she would have answered them I would not have shipped my package with them. If I'm paying $14 to ship a couple of pieces of papers 10 miles then I should be able to get the information I need in the store when I try and not have to call the store and speak to them. And speaking to the store on the phone is just a defense for the employee when if I had my questions answered in the store I would not have shipped with them. I even tried paying for expedited shipping because if it doesn't arrive today I'm screwed and in person I couldn't even get the price for expedited shipping which would be peace of mind, and over the phone I got told well it's $80 so that's why you didn't get the option. When it's something I'm incredibly stressed about and sometimes paying for peace of mind is just better.

  Had to mail back a cell phone and they helped me get it done, very fast and good service.

  Better than the post office and cheaper too. Super friendly and will work to find the cheapest way to get your package delivered.
