We try the best of our ability to make the mailbox clear as possible we don’t even block the mailbox they just don’t want to reverse their mail truck I guess? Well today we have lots of construction on our street and everyone is parked in front of mailbox’s. When I heard her coming I ran out and was running after her but she continued to ignore me and keep driving. I feel like this is the most irresponsible mail post service I have ever received. When I lived in St Charles this was never an issue. Just please do what you are paid to do. 😡

She got rid of the label I created for the cologne I’m shipping claiming it’s a flammable material when it’s in a box! So she charged me for a new label and messed up the entire process. Never shipped a cologne and had mail person telling me that. And her attitude is just disgusting. I don’t recommend this office at all. Save your self the headache and got UPS or fedex.
- LLLaura LonatiOct 24, 20251.0Yesterday the carrier put a BOX into my mailbox slot at my apt building. IT is TOO BIG and I can’t get it out! When they put it in the back of the opening when they deliver it is larger hole than the front for the apt residents to be able to pull it out! The opening is SMALLER in the front of the box and no one seems to GET this! They must have a high turn over of employees and no one trains them about this problem!? THIS IS MY 3RD time having this exact problem. I called them the last time and was able to speak to a person and they totally acted like I was crazy and that they were have the carrier take my mail to the post office! WHY is that going to help me?! They are supposed to deliver it to my apt!!!! I had knee surgery then also! This one I got yesterday was from PRIME! Why is prime sending my Package to USPS to deliver no clue! I called prime also but today the carrier delivered more mail and it’s totally stuck now! I can’t get the box out or any mail in there! You know the carrier is doing this on purpose! I tried calling 3 times yesterday and again today after 4 min of ringing it hung up on me. I have a sick cat who is waiting on the food in the mail stuck n my mail box because Fenton refuses to deliver it!

I had to leave because they refused to mail via media mail. I think this branch needs training on how to do their jobs properly.
