- CWCatherine WFeb 15, 20261.0I get a lot of Amazon packages that go through the Fenton post office for last-mile delivery. If it is anything expensive, it inevitably gets "lost" at this post office. I am so glad that Amazon is discontinuing their arrangement with the USPS in October 2026, as I no longer trust some of their offices, this one in particular.
- ETE TFeb 12, 20261.0Made a passport appointment, waited in line, which made us a few minutes late and the guy refuses to do it. Mind you at that point we were the only people in there, he just flat out refused. Tried again today, the walkin hours are listed as 3:30-4:30, got there at 4:20 and once again he refused, said they weren't doing anymore today. He's also very rude about it. If it says you're taking walk ins until 4:30 that means you service anyone who gets there before 4:30. At the High Ridge dmv they're open until 5:00 and at 5:00 they lock the door. However they stay and help anyone who got there before 5:00. We're going to find somewhere else to get one and DO NOT recommend this post office.

It was delivered to my mailbox on Feb 5th!!! I live one mile from the post office. Unfortunately there are no consequences for this post offices utter incompetence. I also used to receive my mail like clockwork every day within a 30 minute window. Now we are lucky to get our mail. If we do happen to get a delivery it’s completely random and unpredictable. This office is an embarrassment to Fenton.
