Our company is out of town, but we had a local rep that delivered the shipment to this UPS store and ask to ship overnight using our account number. The UPS store said they couldn’t do it, but we need to charge us four times The amount that it would’ve been to use our account for the shipment. All of this with about 15 or 20 minutes left in the business day. They went on to say this happens all the time. If this is true, you would think they would’ve dealt with this with UPS directly. The very company They’re trying to partner in business with. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
