Panera NEVER states on their commercials that you need the app to get $1soup..what a bunch of bull..we wasted the trip m server was so rude!! Soup was total waste of money n we had to buy a half sandwich..then they ask for a TIP..total raw marketing trying to suck people in with $1soup false ads!!!!

Worst customer experience! Took no ownership of their failure to deliver the meal ordered. Blamed third party who delivered, pretty sure DoorDash did make the sandwich nor forget the utensils and to grill the grilled cheese.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received on 11/7/2025 at 6:40 am at City of Industry, CA Panera Location. I ordered 1 and a half dozen bagels for a 7 am office meeting. I scheduled a pick up at 6:30-6:40 a.m pick up time. When I arrived at 6:30 am my order was not ready until 6:50 a.m. The female manager had no sense of urgency or tried to expedite my order. When I finally got my order the bagels were in clear plastic bags. The presentation was unexpected and this left me scrambling to figure out how to serve the bagels in a presentable fashion. My carpool guest and I were 5 minutes late. Very embarrassing. From now on I'll take my company's business elsewhere even if it will be out of my way.

My husband drove all the way into town to purchase the wild rice soup for my dinner. This is one of the few things that I can eat. This is the third dinner this week. The bowl was cold, very liquidy, old vegetables and little chicken. I aten about ten bites, and then I threw the remainder in the garbage.
I wanted corporate to be advised about this incident so you could take the appropriate steps to rectify this.

Went to drive thru on Shelbyville road in Middletown ky. Ordered a bread bowl French Onion Soup. Waited 10 minutes before anyone came to window after ordering at speaker. She took my credit card and rang it up. I waited another long time and she came to the window and said we don't have any bread bowls. I said give me a refund. Had to get manager. It took at least 5 minutes before he handed me the ticket. I made the mistake of saying thanks and came home. I was there, in line 20 minutes. I looked at the ticket and I had been charged twice, no refund. I got in my car, drove back over. Explained it to a young lady who happened to be in her 20's. She found the manager, took him to the register in the back and had to walk him through the transaction. I was there at least 25 minutes. He finally walked to the front and said here's your refund. He didn't apologize, he didn't say a word. The young lady thanked me and said sorry mam. I know it's hard to get help but please straighten out that very profitable store. Thank you.
