BIG mistake, rudest un knowledgeablde employee EVER. No matter what question we asked I don’t know. I’m not sure. I don’t know.. Took 34 minutes to get our food the restaurant was nasty dirty peoples food were coming out. Cold employees behind the counter were rude. When a customer asked what kind of salad dressing is on such and such a salad. I don’t know. After finally getting our food, I spoke with the manager, explained everything that happened not one word from him not one response not nothing. I want my $30 Panera Bread gift card back

I have always loved your sip club but cancelled it today after once again the coffee being just very slightly warm. That keeps happening. I used to also buy a breakfast sandwich almost every morning but since you switched bread it is no longer worth the price at all. To end it all today, my coffee was once again just slightly warm and the sandwich I ordered had lettuce that needed to be thrown out, it had turned brown and wilted. I have always loved your chocolate chipper cookies but the one I got today didn’t even seem like it had been baked fully… just partially baked dough. Not worth the $17 I paid for a lunch that I didn’t even eat.

No where on the sign does it say a time when breakfast ends!! 2. Sandwich w/1 add on. Associate said fruit cup came with sandwich but charged me! 3. I wanted an apple/ asked to have it cut… They couldn’t .. no knives mgr. said/ they send out a butter knife. 4. Closing transaction…Oh… we don’t take $100! Doesn’t say anywhere!
