- JJJonDec 30, 20255.0I walked into this FedEx Office carrying the dullest box known to mankind. Truly a charisma‑vacuum of cardboard. If boxes had personalities, mine would’ve been “beige.” But the staff treated it like it was a VIP package containing state secrets or at least a moderately interesting sweater. They scanned it, weighed it, and slapped a label on that boring cube with the enthusiasm of people who refuse to let my lackluster packaging ruin their day. One employee even asked, “Anything fragile inside?” and I had to resist saying, “Only my hopes.” In under five minutes, my aggressively average box was whisked away on its heroic journey to Somewhere Else. I left feeling oddly proud, like I’d just launched a very plain, very rectangular spacecraft. Five stars. They made my boring box feel important.

The new worker said he would email her a tracking number and never did.He should have given it to her right there and then. She was out some money . She called the manager and he was rather rude while all she wanted was a refund.In returned he refused to give her a refund. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional management.Other times one sales person she usually would get would always ask her questions on what was she mailing and took an interest in her stuff she would be mailing and made her feel uncomfortable which is none of his business. Who knows maybe the things went missing under a situation like that? Who knows but these days you can't be to sure of any circumsstances. So she's out her money and the places where she was sending this 2 were out too.From now on we will deliver another way. Very unsatisfactory.
- JGJ GatesJul 22, 20182.0I went to this location to ship a trophy and apparently now, your drivers license is required to send anything with Fed Ex. When I asked why I needed to give them my license, I was only told that there was an incident that occurred 3 or 4 months prior and there was no further explanation. There were 2 employees working at the time, a male and a female. They both seemed very unhappy. I was working with the female and she appeared to really dislike her job. I said to her "fed ex employees must hate their job" to which she replied, "no we are just busy". I guess being busy is an excuse to sacrifice customer service and smiling. At the end of the transaction I stated "I hope your day gets better" she did not respond nor acknowledge my gestures of customer service warnings. I feel bad for those two employees. Fed Ex must really treat their employees terrible. 😔
