I have never had a problem until this Randy ( I believe that is his name) is working. He acts like a total jerk when no one is at the desk and you have to ring the bell. I have never had a problem with any of the ladies, always this arrogant guy. Absolutely ridiculous!!

No apologies, no explanation, and no information to file a claim. Apparently, postal employees are under the impression that they are just as unaccountable as politicians 🙄
