Instead of receiving a quality musical instrument, I received a note from the postal service stating my cello had been damaged "in transit". No apologies, no explanation, and no information to file a claim. Apparently, postal employees are under the impression that they are just as unaccountable as politicians 🙄

- LELyndon EashJan 14, 20251.0I understand carriers have a hard job but they need to be held accountable. - Sometimes the mail is mornings, other days late at night or not at all. - Mail gets throw in the box hard enough to open the back door on the mailbox. - Mailbox door left hanging open with mail scattered on the ground are just a few of the sighting we’ve watched happen… This ticks me off the worst - Drive around and you’ll find our mail carrier hanging out in a parking lot with another carrier just goofing off.
