I live in an apartment building in the old manger’s office so there is a correspondence box on the front of the building near my door for the property owner to receive rent checks from the tenants. Since this used to be the managers office the mail box is actually not included in the cluster box with the rest of the apartments but on the mail box cluster for the duplexes. After many attempts to get this fixed so we could get our mail and packages delivered on time we have had no luck. We’ve asked, begged, pleaded and even offered to pay to pay for a key since the post office is closed by the time we get off work or get up for work…. There is absolutely no reason a person should have to decide if taking time off from work to go into a post office is with it or not especially when you’ve done so in the past, lost wages and still didn’t get anything resolved…
