Usually really helpful workers. Boxes available for rent but high cost! Usually have several different commemorative stamps available beyond standard flag design, but not always. Receipts ask for feedback. They take credit cards & cash.

DO NOT CALL AND EXPECT ANY KIND OF HELP FROM THIS FACILITY. Called as soon as they opened in order to have them hold a package instead of deliver.(even mentioned it was an emergency need.) Was told that driver is loading a truck. We won't look for package. Rude, lazy, and unprofessional. Will be seeking ramifications for those action with Post Master. Ive never seen a facility falsely post inaccurate entry's on tracking numbers when "saying out for delivery " when the truck hasn't even been loaded for delivery. I worked logistics and line hauled plenty of times for USPS in my career to know when employees are just there for a paycheck vs actually practicing Quality Customer Service.

They let the mail carrier decide if he wants to deliver my mail or not. I have called and sent in complaints but the post master won't even flow up. The mail carrier isn't returning my mail to the post office so I can pick it up. He doesn't care if it's bank items or my medicine.
