Just use UPS or fedex. Our mail person keeps leaving unable to deliver notices instead of delivering them for no other reason than pure laziness and not wanting to get out of their vehicle to walk the 5 feet from our mailbox to our garage door. We have delivery notes for years saying deliver at side driveway or garage due to the fact we have our front entrance fenced in with a dog. FedEx and UPS always make daily deliveries no problem but on the rare occasion something ships usps, they refuse to follow instructions or deliver stuff so they withhold all our packages because they don't want to get out of their vehicles and walk a few feet or read the instructions for delivery. How hard of a job is it to set a box a few feet from the road next to a door. Delivering mail does not require a degree in astrophysics or organic chemistry for pitty sakes. We have been complaining forever about this since we got new carrier. Anyone could do this job but apparently it's too complicated for those doing it. Just use UPS or Fedex

Good service. But longer hours on Saturday would be helpful.

I nearly visit branch one or twice a day. The clerks know my name, know what I expect. They treat everyone equally.
