Every time I come in they are nice, they know me, and they have been very effective helping me with some of my issues I often have as a small business owner. Anyway, just want to give you guys a shout out, I have always gotten really great service from all of you. Shout out to the carriers as well lugging my large boxes of supplies to my porch, thanks for all you do
- RWRC WoodsNov 18, 20251.0If USPS wants to compete with UPS, they need to actually deliver the packages instead of leaving pink slips. All of our past carriers have brought our packages to our house. For whatever reason, whether laziness or something else, our current carrier won't do it, and I know that myself along with other neighbors have complained about this carrier. I now have to make a special trip to the post office weekly to retrieve my packages.

After the package arrived in Springfield MO on March 30, it traveled to Columbia MO, then St. Louis MO, then back to Springfield MO, then back to St Louis MO, then to Rolla MO, then back to Springfield MO. It was scanned 14 times during the period between March 30 and April 3, just to end up where it started. I called Cuba PO on April 2 and was assured by someone in management named Michelle that the package would be delivered the next day. Obviously her assurance carried as much weight as the USPS commitment to customer service. I am a retired letter carrier with 25 years service, and during my stint I witnessed the downward spiral of the USPS, sacrificing quality mail delivery for the promise of bonuses given for worthless ideas promoted by management. The current state of affairs in the USPS is no surprise to anyone who worked there the past 40 years.
