If USPS wants to compete with UPS, they need to actually deliver the packages instead of leaving pink slips. All of our past carriers have brought our packages to our house. For whatever reason, whether laziness or something else, our current carrier won't do it, and I know that myself along with other neighbors have complained about this carrier. I now have to make a special trip to the post office weekly to retrieve my packages.

After 13 years of getting mail in a custom mail box I get a letter saying it's not been approved by the postmaster.....and if any questions contact said post master that you can't even read the signed name of on the note.

If you find it challenging to handle customers effectively as a manager, I recommend exploring other job opportunities as I see a bunch of one star reviews about management. It's perplexing that a government employee advised a local customer from a small town to provide ID, despite being aware of previous visits and package not requiring a signature. When questioned, you couldn't provide a satisfactory answer and suggested that if she didn't have her green card, she should leave. Witnessing this is was very uncomfortable for me as a customer as for this is the only usps in Cuba. This assumption about a person of color not having proper documentation is inherently racist.

Rude. Also always bend books instead of taking them to the door and use my yard to turn around in even though my driveway is more than big enough

I called to have them check and see if my package arrived, my internet wasn't working properly to check, and the man I spoke to had a horrible attitude about it. He seemed like I was bothering him by asking NICELY if my package had arrived. I do not like rude people. I'm sorry, but this man made me dislike this post office now. When you huff and puff when I ask you a question like it's a huge chore to check for my tracking number for me, not okay. Could have done without the attitude. And when I told him to have a great day, he just hung up on me after saying "yeah, whatever". I wish I would have had your name buddy... I hope others didn't have to put up with this man's rudeness.
