Been going here for so many years with absolutely ZERO problems dropping off many online sale packages and only ones that had issues were because of destination P.O.'s somewhere else in the country. Crystal City PO is stellar, what all USPS branches should strive to be. I've been witness to long lines at peak sometimes but it's only because Bonnie is really trying to help a very confused customer with their problem. Happens more than you think, but never have to wait that long, unlike some other places in town. The best!
