  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your location ,I visited twice in three days . The employee who assisted me both times and his name is Christopher,was not only unhelpful but also rude and impolite. On top of this, I was charged more than I should have been for sending paperwork, as the employee failed to inform me about the self-service option, which would have been more affordable. I believe this experience reflects poorly on your company's standards of customer service.

  Not sure who’s ideal it was to plant trees/bushes in the most inconvenient spot. But they are over grown and you can’t see on coming vehicles. It’s an accident waiting to happened. Attached is two photos one from today 3-4-2026 and the other 2 from goggle. I share this because we were almost nearly killed because cars are speeding in this blind spot.

This gentleman went up and a beyond the call of duty to assist me in my tasks. He was very patient. And even came back over to ask if I needed any further assistance. And a day and age where customer service is not the best. This gentleman and this FedEx store rises to the occasion. Don't hesitate to visit the store for all your business needs..   I have had nothing but positive experiences here but my most recent time really was the cherry on top!! I came in with a complicated and SUPER last minute project to print square business cards. Jordan was SO helpful-- I mean I've never met a more helpful sales associate. He was so kind and patient with me even though I had no idea how to work the FedEx website and send in a custom order. He walked me through the website, printing, and cutting out uniquely shaped business cards. He also explained everything as he helped me. I'm doing this a day and a half before I needed them and he was so understanding about it and helpful!! FedEx has been hands down my favorite shipping and printing service company and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Jordan and FedEx!!
