  Before arriving at the store I called at about 4:35 and ask if the notary was on site. The person I spoke to wasn't notary and stated she would be there till 5:00 p.m. I arrived at the store by 5:50 p.m. there was a grumpy old female worker at the front counter. I told her I was there to get something notarized. She ask me if she thinks I could get something done in 10 minutes time stating that the notary was no longer available. The notary female who I did not get her name came from the back and said that I had called and happily assisted me with notarizing what I needed. In addition I also needed several passport photos taken. I would have given this a five-star if I did not encounter the negativity and lack of profession customer service from the older female when I first entered. However the young lady who did the notary and took my passport pictures should be commended for her professionalism and customer service skills. Her patience and job knowledge should be commended.

  The employees at the Creve Coeur store were friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entering and waited in line for only a minute or two. An employee who was working in the back noticed the line and immediately came out to help. Great service!

  Every time I have been in this store, the staff has been beyond friendly, professional, and helpful. I don’t live near the store anymore, but I go out of my way to go to this UPS location because of how nice the staff always is.
