Normally the ups near me gives me no issues but the manager here was complaining that I didn’t have the plastic bag for an Amazon return. I’ve never had an issue before especially when Amazon says ups will pack and label the return. Then what really became a major pain is they told me the other package was a usps package but they could still print the label out for me. Well turns out it was a UPS label and now my GPS unit that was supposed to be returned for a refund is floating around somewhere unknown… definitely will drive out of my way next time to avoid this location.

My daughter mailed a package to her husband in Japan on a military base and the staff did not tell her that they do not deliver to military bases. So one month later he still has not gotten his package during his deployment and we have not gotten it back either. The manager and the owner are not returning call or moving quickly on this. Do not go to this UPS store ever!!!!
