- RLRyan LeoanrdDec 29, 20251.0We live 5 blocks from the post office in the middle of town and they refuse to deliver mail to a newly remodeled house because it would mess up the route.... so I go weekly to pick up mail and packages. Now im being told they are not gonna hold the mail for me lol. What an absolute joke.

Other post office's staff could definately learn a thing or two from her about customer service! Other staff there also are super nice and helpful. I sure appreciate them so much at the Crane Missouri post office!💙
