She was happy and joyful with the first three people in line ahead of me. She even laughed at me and I quote said “do you know what priority mail even means!?? Some people are just low class .. I recommend going somewhere else to mail letters

Had a question about the USPS label and printing a new one. The woman behind the counter that was there to help was less than helpful. She basically shut us down before we could even get the question out. So now I am stuck and have no idea what to do next! I guess I could try another post office but I feel they have given up as well. I guess Cottleville post office doesn’t care about customer service otherwise they would hire helpful, professional, and productive people.
