  Staples has always had the product I need. The staff is professional and knowledgeable of their products.

  Found a 2026 calendar on a kiosk that said 2026 wall calendars 70% off (considering it’s april). The calendar rung up at full price and the employee at the counter said it didn’t qualify because it wasn’t a “wall calendar” although it was. He even said it was a wall calendar himself. I told him I was more than happy to walk him over to the kiosk to show him. The manager Gary came up and had an attitude. He clearly did not want to honor the promotion. After trying to understand why it wasn’t qualifying his whole attitude shifted. He said nothing to us, and aggressively hit buttons on the keyboard. Then he just walked away without any words, and a sour look on his face. While I am grateful they finally honored their own promotion, the customer service was seriously lacking. Next time I need supplies I will go elsewhere.

  I love the feel of an in person business supply store. Not everything should be the non personal Amazon experience.

  Typically I have good experiences at this location, most of the staff is nice except for one guy. I got notification that my poster could not be printed, and offered a cancellation. I opted to call and cancel. I spoke to Gary. I told him my name and he put me on hold for a good minute, then hangs up. I assume maybe it dropped at first so I call back. Gary was already very short and kind of rude during the first call, but everyone has bad days. I call the second time and Gary asks for my name and he only said "ok I'm gonna cancel it" and hung up on me before I could respond again. Because I did not get a confirmation of cancelation email, could not ask about the refund process, or anything else -- I asked my fiance if he would call. Sure enough Gary picks up. Gary is a new man. He is polite, and answering questions, explaining what went wrong with the printer, and staying on the line. My fiance was able to ask all the questions I couldn't. Then Gary asks then order name. Upon hearing my name, Gary reverted back to his true self. He said he was in the process of cancelling it and became very rude and short to my fiance. Still didn't hang up on him though. Anyways, Gary, stop hanging up on people.

  When I drop the ball and order business cards at 11 pm and Staples has them ready for me the next day by 2pm... Huge game changer for a master procrastinator like myself!
