  Every time I come to this Fedex, I'm greeted with a warm welcome and efficiency. Orders are printed quickly with care. Thank you guys so much!

  Walked in, was greeted with a Hello and the young gentleman jumped right in to help me. Helped load and push the trolly!! Great service.

  Rudest workers, worst customer service ever!!! I’m literally sitting in my car writing a review because that’s how disgusted I am with this location. Upon entering, no one greeted me, not even 7 minutes of me standing there waiting to be helped. Heaven for bid if someone said “Hi, someone will be with you momentarily” On top of that, the older gentleman who walks with a limp, finished helping the customer before me, then proceeded to return to his computer for 3-5 minutes. Again, saying nothing to me, as though I wasn’t there. Eventually he came to address me, only by saying “Are you returning those? Do you have separate shipping labels?” Again, no greeting me! When I explained the two boxes came tapped together but I could make a copy of the shipping label they gave me, he said no, he’d ship it back the way they sent it. He took my boxes and literally said “that’s all, you’re done.” I asked if I could have a receipt, to which he said “it’s on the counter” Never did he hand me a receipt, just later it on the counter. Poor customer service. If you don’t like your job, find a different one. If you don’t like people of color, you shouldn’t be in customer service period. The only reason I didn’t voice my concern directly to him is because I didn’t want my packages to not get handled correctly, but best believe I’m contacting corporate! Shame on this establishment and its employees! Do better!!

  Parking sucks trying to get to the place had to go around the block three times to get a parking spot close enough that I didn't have to walk two blocks to get there

  I was overcharged by almost triple for a large-format print job. The associate was condescending, rude, and basically called me a liar when I tried to point out the correct price. I've been coming to this location for years, but I'm done.
