Does not provide tracking information when you pay to ship an item and then looses the package and blames you and says their is nothing that can be done. Did not offer shipping insurance. Inconsistent with their "policies" including stating that they cannot ship a package in their own box. Does not offer tape if anything is needed unless you pay their premium price. 0/10. Ship with a different company, no wonder USPS is failing.
