This isn’t so much for the post office directly but the people they hire to deliver the mail. When we first moved in I got a green slip asking who lived in the apartment I filled out and turned it in, didn’t have a problem until the old tenants mail kept getting put in my box. We got another green slip of paper and filled it out this time putting in the mail box I have now filled 4 of the slips out in the 8 months I’ve lived here and I just got one stating that if I didn’t fill out that the post man wasn’t gonna deliver my mail in his handwriting not an a letter or a notice saying hey we don’t know who lives here. So I filled that one and put it in my mailbox and the next day it was thrown on the ground and now I haven’t gotten mail since then I’ve called and gotten no where. It’s extremely aggravating that I’ve lived here for 8 almost 9 months and are still having problems

What’s the point of having an operator option in your phone tree if you don’t answer it? Would be nice to be able to contact someone instead of having a bunch of lazy people who don’t care.
