- ALAlicia LuddenDec 9, 20251.0Expensive, time sensitive package delivery was seriously delayed. Excuses given were extreme weather in our local area ( untrue ). Repeated phone calls to resolution center just kicked the can down the road saying would be delivered that evening or next day, but package was still not delivered. We were repeatedly told this case would be escalated to a manager who would call us back within the hour, manager never called. Horrible customer service. Flimsy excuse, excuses for not delivering our package. We still have not received our package!
