I had to ask if there are any other way to do it, and then they said they could do it for eight dollars if I did it through the US mail. Why didn't they give me the cheaper option upfront? That's just Shady sales tactic. Unbelievable.

It was delayed by two full days, and when I checked tracking, it was still stuck in Columbia, MO. I went to the store to ask what happened, and the manager (an older gentleman) just said something went wrong at the hub and that he would look into it and email me an update. I even offered to share the screenshots of the emails, but he never responded at all. If I am paying a premium price for express service, I expect the package to be delivered as promised, or at least to receive real communication. Unfortunately, neither happened here. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
