  Typically I have good experiences at this location, most of the staff is nice except for one guy. I got notification that my poster could not be printed, and offered a cancellation. I opted to call and cancel. I spoke to Gary. I told him my name and he put me on hold for a good minute, then hangs up. I assume maybe it dropped at first so I call back. Gary was already very short and kind of rude during the first call, but everyone has bad days. I call the second time and Gary asks for my name and he only said "ok I'm gonna cancel it" and hung up on me before I could respond again. Because I did not get a confirmation of cancelation email, could not ask about the refund process, or anything else -- I asked my fiance if he would call. Sure enough Gary picks up. Gary is a new man. He is polite, and answering questions, explaining what went wrong with the printer, and staying on the line. My fiance was able to ask all the questions I couldn't. Then Gary asks then order name. Upon hearing my name, Gary reverted back to his true self. He said he was in the process of cancelling it and became very rude and short to my fiance. Still didn't hang up on him though. Anyways, Gary, stop hanging up on people.

  When I drop the ball and order business cards at 11 pm and Staples has them ready for me the next day by 2pm... Huge game changer for a master procrastinator like myself!

  Purchased on office printer on their website for in-store pickup. The website said they had it in stock and it would be ready in 30 min. The next day, approximately 15 hours after ordering, I go to the store to pick it up and they tell me the order hasn't been sent to the store. Gary tried brushing me off by telling me to call the 800 number, so I responded by asking HIM to. He said "They're not going to talk to me." but he angrily called anyway. Here's where it gets worse: they say it's being shipped to the store and will be there in 4 days, BUT GARY CONFIRMED THEY HAVE 1 IN THE STORE AND COULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME! I spent time finding a printer available in town for pickup and placed the order for pickup because I needed a printer TODAY, not 4 days from now! He also couldn't process a refund because he said they didn't have the money yet, despite me pulling up my banking app and showing the $359.61 charge. So Staples took my money and then just flat out refused to give me what I paid for, or a refund! It won't happen again!

  I have tried to use this location 3 separate times to return Amazon items and have had a problem EVERY single time. First, they closed early and no employee cars were even in the parking. Second, they told me that I could only return five items at one time per visit. And I would have to come back the next morning at 8 AM for the same shipment going back to Amazon, just a different date. Tonight, I arrive 13 minutes before their online posted closing time and the guy at the Amazon counter told me he had already shut down their system and they would not take any more returns. I own a small business that I run alone and I could not get there any sooner. This is ridiculous and Amazon needs to stop offering them as a “convenient” return center. They get paid for these returns, so I would bet this is the only thing keeping this store open these days. I will go back to using The UPS Store from now on. They don’t make up arbitrary rules that change daily it seems.
