Worst customer service, if need anything make a trip to another post office. Harrisonville was much better.

They are polite and professional. It is clean inside and in the parking lot. The area is safe. You can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

Our postal worker who delivers the mail along Highway W is screwing up. I have been getting my neighbors mail. My mailbox has the address on in it with 4 inch tall numbers and letters. I don't know where my mail is going !!! Now... in September: some of the six bills I mailed at the post office on August 26th have not made it's destination 10 days later !!! They are clueless at the Post Office.

So are we just not getting mail anymore or what? I have mail and a package on my informed delivery that would’ve been delivered on Monday (but wasn’t because of the holiday) and we haven’t received mail or the package at all.
