I called the Post Office this morning and explained the situation, and she said she'd talk to the carrier to see what happened. 20 minutes later she called back to let me know they found it, and they delivered it right away. Great customer service!!

- YNYuki NguyenOct 31, 20181.0Tracking said package was at the chillicothe location so I drive an hour there to pick it up only to be told it's at my towns location an hour away and it closed at 2:45 instead of 5 and is now closed! 2 hours of gas and I wont be able to pick it up for another day and today was the only day I had off to install the part 1 star just lousy service. I called ahead too, but the number doesnt take you to a real human being. Extremely dissatisfied.
