  It’s so rare to find people in the customer service business who make your day. Because of that, I’m sending a huge shout out to thank Chris at the Chesterfield Valley FedEx office for his help today. He made it so easy for me to get an important package overnighted to Florida so it arrived early the next day. Chris, thank you for making things happen! Keep up with the random acts of kindness. We need more of it in the world. 🥰

  Called in about an issue with my AT&T equipment return. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to even finish speaking before she decided to interrupt me and talk over me. Basic customer service skills must not be a trait she possesses. Will not be going back here for anything I need in the future.

  Used this location for a print job and I was blown away - granted, it was a print job, so let's be clear it wasn't the most exciting thing ever, but I caused some problems because the images I was sending over weren't formatted correctly. The team at this location worked really hard to get my job done at a quality I was happy with. I had to go back and forth to my house and back to the location 3 times, but that was my choice, and the staff was always ready to help me on the next steps in my project every time I returned to the store. I'm definitely going back to this location next time I have a big print job - no doubt about it!
