I called the post office and the lady on the phone said the courier has been out for hours and should have delivered our mail. I assured her, she hasn't. Our flag was still up and our mail to go out (that was put out at 7:30AM) was still sitting there. This is just unacceptable. We have time-sensitive documents and issues like this could cost us big clients. **UPDATE** I stayed until 5:45pm and saw the mail courier arrive at the street mailbox to deliver the mail. We had been expecting a package and several employee cars were still in the lot. She never brought the package to the door. Instead, I got a notification saying they attempted to deliver the package but no one was available. They never attempted to deliver. What laziness.
