Danielle and Kent were so very friendly and helpful in dealing with my elderly parent’s address change request. Even when my Dad was grumpy, Danielle was kind and helpful! Thank you!

The self serve kiosk would not accept payment. All I needed was a book of stamps. The post office is closed. Very Frustrating!

Worst USPS Branch I've ever had experience with. Our carrier is constantly delivering mail with the wrong address to our house (as if they aren't even checking the address to begin with). They also keep leaving important mail from previous tenants after we've reported multiple times that those people no longer live here. I've only been to the actual building once, and the workers were sitting and chatting about someone who they were betting was "going to get canned".

I told them to hold my mail until my return. I returned on Feb 5th and personally picked up the held mail from them, and instructed them to resume mail delivery. Today is March 5 and we have not seen any mail in the mailbox not even junk. So I called them to find out why, but of course it was an 877 number which routed me through several options until I landed on the option where they said someone was going to talk to me. I was kept on hold listening to their music for 29 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I had to go to work and hung up. Prime example of government run business.
