Whenever I shop online and the delivery service goes through the USPS in Chesterfield, problems often arise. Either there's a big hole in the package, but everything inside is still there, or they mysteriously say they can't find your address, even though you've been using the same address all along. When I call to inquire about the situation, the attitude of the person I speak with is extremely rude. I don't like to make trouble for others or leave negative reviews without reason. But I have indeed not received satisfactory service.

Worst USPS Branch I've ever had experience with. Our carrier is constantly delivering mail with the wrong address to our house (as if they aren't even checking the address to begin with). They also keep leaving important mail from previous tenants after we've reported multiple times that those people no longer live here. I've only been to the actual building once, and the workers were sitting and chatting about someone who they were betting was "going to get canned".
