After holding the payoff amount the required amount of time, they UPS'd the payoff amount to our mortgage company instead of wiring the funds. The mortgage company didn't receive the payoff amount until after another payment was drafted; a payment that would not have been required if they would have either closed on time or wired the funds. They also paid our HOA fees when they were not due and added 60% fee. If you have a choice, choose another title company. In our experience, their volume stood in the way of providing good customer service.
