  Extremely rude and unprofessional. The hours on the door and online say you close at 6:30 p.m. I showed up at 6:27 (as soon as I got off work) to quickly mail off something with a QR code (which would have taken 20 seconds max) and one lady was outside while the other lady was getting her bag and coming out to lock the door. I asked if they were closed and what the hours were and they said they were closed. I told them it was 6:27 and the hours say they're open until 6:30 and she continued to tell me they were closed. The open sign was already turned off. She told me they already powered down their computers so they couldn't help me. They also said I would have to come before 5:50 if I wanted to mail something??? I've never heard of this. If the services end before closing time at 6:30, that either needs to be noted somewhere or the hours need to be changed!! The two ladies talking to me finished locking the door, asked me what I needed to mail, and looked at each other laughing and smiling. I was confused by their rude responses. I didn't realize UPS allows employees to close the store whenever they want. They finished by saying "no customers had come in." I told them again their sign says they're open for business until 6:30. Since we had been talking, three minutes had passed, and the first lady looked at her watch and told me "It's 6:30 now, we're closed" It wasn't 6:30 when I pulled up! .....very off-putting. If you close at 5:50, CHANGE YOUR HOURS.

  The store is newly remodeled and they are now open on Sunday! This convenience has been a game changer for me! Not to mention Jyothsna and Nanita are so kind, courteous, and efficient. Thanks for going the extra mile and being open on Sundays!
