I was there during a really busy time over the hoidays, and a few customers were being incredibly rude and ugly to the staff and other customers. The young man behind the counter (Colin) was the epitome of respectful and kind. He kept his cool and continued to be polite, helpful and friendly to everyone. It was so refreshing to see a young person respond so maturely - to some very immature adults!
