  Yusuf was very helpful and the brown haired girl in the back, was super friendly as well. They are always so nice when I come in but I actually got to talk to them and get to know them a little bit. I look forward to coming here, they make everything so easy!!

  I just wanted to say this location UPS did a good job taking care of me and my package I needed shipped out. Shout out to Grace, one of the UPS workers. She did a great job and was very respectful to me. 👍

  Three stores within a 5 mile radius I tend to bounce back-and-forth to whomever’s closest. After my experience with Kevin today at the store, I will only be coming here. Thanks Kevin so much for realizing that I was struggling with a heavy box and running to the door to help me. Also, thanks for your patience as I have three different orders. You made this experience that can often be a chore seemed like something I could definitely run and do before work. If you have a choice between this store or another store off olive go seek Kevin at The Four Seasons UPS store.

  August 2025, a local repair shopped shipped a repaired item back to me which was damaged in transit. I submitted pictures of damaged item and the box, all sides. In October, I was told that supposed person who was handling claim was no longer with their store, and they dropped the ball. New person submits claim, and I never hear back. I contact Kevin, the owner, and he tells me in December that he has mailed me a check. Here it is January 15, I have not received a check and owner won't return my calls. Run, don't walk, to another shipper. Apparently Kevin has several stores so beware of other area UPS stores, he may own them as well. On 1/16/26, I finally heard from the owner of the store. He apologized for the confusion and promised to send a check for reimbursement for full cost of broken item. The check arrived today, 1/20/26 and I deposited it. I'm happy that this is finally, fairly resolved.

  I've done business there for almost 2 years. Recently staff changed and service has declined. I was not being notified when packages arrived, and then I overnighted an important doc to NYC and for next day delivery and I was charged a ridiculous price of $73.00. It took three days, therefore, it was substantially late and cost me a significant penalty. I called and complained and and to asked if I was entitled to a refund, the manager blamed UPS, it was not her fault. She said she only works there to pay her mortgage and proceeded to tell me that I had a bad attitude, and then she closed my mail box. She called me today (1-21-2026) 18 times in less than 10 minutes as I was with a customer so I would reject the call, but she kept calling back and demanded my key. Never experienced any service this outrageously bad. I would appreciate a phone call from the franchise owner.
