  The UPS store always exceeds my expectations. The staff is always ready to help, friendly, and knows what they’re doing. The store is always clean and organized and the services they offer always help me out. It is by far a better experience than any of their competitors!

  The elderly gentleman working the counter was so rude during the interaction on Nov 11th. I asked him if my package was secure enough and if I need to put more tape on it. He was so annoyed that I asked him to help. It felt like they didn't care about whether the package was safe or not and that I should figure it out by myself. Very unfriendly and rude.
