We thought we were done with everything, and now we have a past due bill for months of service after we cancelled. Even though I keep sending them the email confirmation that we shouldn’t have been billed for that time, we’re still stuck in an endless email chain to have that final invoice taken care of. I have never hated a business service company more. Getting service while we were still a customer was just as convoluted and cumbersome. I don’t know why I expected leaving them would be any less difficult…

Our machines are constantly stopping due to shortages of Toner and Konica refuses to get us more toner in a timely fashion causing multiple day's of no printing on our large format machines. We have pleaded with them to help us and continue to get excuses and poor support.

I have had sales rep stop by but after 4 months they are no longer with the company. If you don't have a name or extension to dial or search it is end of line.....good by....so Konica Minolta I will buy a color scanner from someone else......good by....
