- MZMike ZollicofferDec 28, 20211.012/28/21, today about 10-10:30am. i parked in front of one of the vertical post marked "fedex customers". when i got inside the fedex store, i noticed the 2 employees, one male and one female 40-50 years. they had come from behind the counter and they were talking and looking in the parking lot. They didn't have name tags. The guy didn't greet me, but said looking at my vehicle, " Does something look wrong?". I looked at my vehicle. i backed into the post. i left the store and moved my vehicle forward. The post moved back to the vertical position. The post wasn't damaged. I went back into fedex and told the male employee that the post is spring loaded, he had nothing to say. This employee said a couple of things to me on my way out the door before i moved my vehicle. The location has video cameras to verify what happened. Fedex has a code of conduct, "The purple promise" " I will make every experience outstanding". The purple promise standard was not met.

I am not giving a one star only because the people were nice. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this had to be said. They also tried to blame it on us that we were the reason why they want receiving the emails
