    Extremely helpful staff. I went to another FedEx Print/office location and had problems with 2 documents that were not printing via the “Printandgo’ code. I spent 45 minutes at the other location before coming to this one. The representative had me send the troublesome documents to the store email and printed them for me. Great customer service!

    I was having a really hard time getting my documents to print using the retrieval code. The team was very kind, tried to troubleshoot, and (once the documents were deemed cursed) helped me print them. Thank you for your patience and making a frustrating experience much better!

    They always are very helpful and quick! Would recommend this place to do your mailing and office related needs. Only thing is I didnt like their machines only took swipe. It makes me feel very uncomfortable as someone who has had their card skimmed before. Hopefully they can add chip and tap to pay soon!

    This is my 5th or 6th visit today in a month and every associate I dealt with was service oriented, today as it was weekend and I was in hurry to send document before office closure glad Kaitlyn was there as I left my reading glasses at home, She helped me with all my scan and email, appreciate that.

    The extent on the telephone customer service was: "Thank you for calling." "We appreciate your business." "I understand your frustration." And endless thanking me. Of course it was a call center half-way around the world. Endless platitudes! LOUSY SERVICE! I expected much more from FedEx. Next time: UPS. 201205: Delivery of a "letter" envelope was perfect! It was due to the driver! Kudos!
