The mail carriers do an excellent job considering the things they have to trudge through including but not limited to: dogs, heat, rain, snow, rude residents and more. I’ve had trouble a couple of times with missing mail, and they were always very helpful with information on how I can resolve that issue. No place is going to be perfect because no place has the perfect customers either! If you can be anything, be kind.

I live on a busy highway and packages have been in my box if they do not fit we have left instructions to leave them at my door. The closure at lunch time in often inconvenient.
