The mail carriers do an excellent job considering the things they have to trudge through including but not limited to: dogs, heat, rain, snow, rude residents and more. I’ve had trouble a couple of times with missing mail, and they were always very helpful with information on how I can resolve that issue. No place is going to be perfect because no place has the perfect customers either! If you can be anything, be kind.

Of Veterans Affairs sent back over a month later with a label stating it wasn't addresses properly. It was! Cape Girardeau office took care of it. Unfortunately, it was time sensitive! Chaffer is absolutely a mess!
