- GTGregory TurnboFeb 22, 20255.0I visited this location today in need of assistance with a package that has been stuck at the St. Louis distribution center for an extended period of time. I was assisted by two very friendly ladies. Unfortunately, I did not catch the first ladies name, but the other was Chelsea. They were both extremely helpful & answered all of my questions.
- CHCourtney HoltmanJan 22, 20251.0I am not usually one to leave reviews but I was just so incredibly disrespected I felt I owed it to anyone else being forced to interact with the employees of this Post Office I received an alert that a package was not delivered due to a "lack of secure location" to leave it. (For context, we live in a rural area and have a porch that is not very visible from the road and clearly "secure" - all previous deliveries from USPS have been left here and it is noted in our account to do so) So I scheduled a redelivery for the following day. I then received a phone call this morning informing me my package will not be delivered as our driveway was "a sheet of ice" and our 2 extremely friendly dogs were out and "a danger." I explained every single other delivery (box truck and personal vehicle alike) has been able to get up our driveway without issue, to which the employee replied "Well your dogs are still out and we have never and will never deliver with dogs loose." Having received multiple packages in the past with our dogs out and having spoken personally to our drivers about our dogs, resolving they had no issue with them, I stated "That is a lie as ..." BUT I didn't get to finish as I was cut off and rudely told "We won't deliver, you must pick it up" and then hung up on. NOT ONCE did she try to come up with any other kind of resolution nor did she even allow me the chance to explain. All attempts to call back have been disconnected after the line rings for over a minute.
