- BBBlackoutNov 28, 20251.0Won't deliver when they see a dog. We dont own a dog! Package not delivered because she couldn't get it out of the jeep is one excuse we were told notification I got said cause mailbox was full. The package wouldn't fit in a mailbox anyway. Now Im told if I cant get up to pist office to pick it up it will be returned after so many days . We live out of city limits and stray dogs keep me from getting my mail is just stupid.
