- SGSpencer GoffNov 13, 20231.0I used to be really impressed with my mail person in Carl Junction. Always on time. Always had mail delivered by 10 am on the weekdays. Now, I'm lucky if my mail comes at all. Would be great if we could get some consistency. The new lady sucks and is slow.
- RORyan OdafferJun 24, 20195.0I’ve dealt with several of the local post offices and Carl Junction blows them all out of the water. I will not use Joplin’s post office as they are not helpful at all and very rude. Carl Junction has a staff willing to help in anyway and will go above and beyond to take care of you. I drive 20 min from my house in which Webb City and Joplin post offices are closer just to use Carl’s service. Thank you and keep up the outstanding work!

For 3 Fridays in a row I was expecting a delivery verified by Amazon that did not get delivered even though it shows checked out for delivery. It’s always a different excuse. I pay extra money to have things delivered by a certain day only to get screwed over once again by this post office. I guess my complaints go unanswered. I guess I will go to the top of the chain.
