I moved here in April and also leased a small office so I can continue my online business of selling beads to jewelry designers. I previously had a large store in St. Louis. I honestly didn't think the PO could be any worse than there until I got here. Normally I use fed ex, ups or dhl to have my stuff shipped to me. Every now and then I am forced to use USPS.. 6 times I have had orders since April and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to track down my package on my own which ALWAYS means multiple phone calls and wasting of my time. 2 weeks ago with my last package I was told the it was MY JOB to tell the post man where to deliver my package, which is confusing since the address is ON THE LABEL. More often than not they mark my package as undeliverable and then toss it somewhere until I call to complain and track t down. Today is the final straw. I called them at 3pm to confirm it was still on its way for today. I was told it might run late but it would definitely be here. I was supposed to leave town a few hours ago with the supplies that are being delivered. I check tracking at 4:50 PM and guess what? It shows UNDELIVERABLE at 4:47. I am sitting right here in the office. Lights are on, we face the street. How hard is this? The address is on the door? Seriously? We even have TWO entrances! I immediately called the local PO and surprise surprise they didn't answer the phone. They are supposed to close at 5. SO I have wasted my afternoon and now I do not have the supplies I need to do MY JOB. This happens EVERY TIME. I am now on hold with the main number and have been on hold for 40 mins....They need to hire competent people. My job is dependent on them doing their job right!
