- FTFaith TuckerOct 30, 20251.0Packages never arrive yet either says delivered at mailbox or held at customer request but can’t ever be found when we go to the post office to pick up the package. And you can’t even get a refund because they have it marked as delivered or held at post office at customer request. I asked my mail carrier specifically for my package today he said I didn’t have any packages then 10 minutes later I get a text alert saying it was delivered to my mailbox so I go look and nothing this is getting ridiculous.

Lady was really rude and “couldn’t find” my package (which is fine but the condescending attitude was not) gave me the run around. Came back a week later got my package but she wouldn’t let me rate her. When the end of the transaction asked for a rating she literally reached around and rated herself. Gave herself Green (red yellow green options) I 100% would not have given her green.
