- JGJoel grayMar 28, 20221.0So I walked into the post office one day to see if they were holding any of my mail I took the change of address forms I had from old address to current address and they acted like they didn't understand a word that I was saying or even knew how to correct the situation and I am currently still waiting on my debit card and information after filing my taxes would like to know how I could solve this problem and reach any person above the people in the post office to solve this problem cuz I am currently still waiting on my debit card had to renew it after deactivating my old one and still currently waiting on that one don't understand what is so hard about doing your job especially when you know for a fact that most of the mail in Cameron gets delivered to the wrong houses majority of the time the people in Cameron end up having to go into liver other people's mail that are three four blocks over from where they should be this problem should be solved and would appreciate if my problem would be taken care of cuz I've been waiting two months for my current debit card as well as the rest of the information from the tax service that I'm went through World Finance hope this helps anyone
- MGMorgan GitthensJul 8, 20201.0If you have save the dates and wedding invitations DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! Both times I have took over 200 pieces of mail here and both times I’ve been screwed over by the person working at the front who failed to do there job. As someone who has never mailed this amount of mail I told them it was my first time, and they just dumped my mail and I left. Then I received more than half of my save the dates back and had to pay more money to send them out! And the clerk even told me she should of checked before I left if they fit through the required slot. I paid and went on. With my wedding invitations; I went in and made sure they fit through the required slot. Left. Now I have people get there invitations ripped up in a bag. End of story is this post office is careless and doesn’t do they job.
