The staff here are always quite nice, plus it's a very clean post office for how long it has been here. There's one person I need to figure out her name who is just always so polite and kind every time I come in. She's a bit smaller height and frame with darker hair usually pulled into a ponytail. I recently started an online business and as that sounds that includes a lot of mailing things out and she's always behind the counter when I come in and is always so kind and patient with me with any question I may have or concern I may feel, helps make sure I feel more secure in my drop-offs. Plus the actual delivery drivers themselves are very nice. For where my family is located ours is a very nice lady who is always very punctual and gentle with our mail, amazing service and the only boys in blue I support.

I was at this post office today. Wish I had gotten the clerks name. She was very friendly and was professional in her job. It was a joy getting to chat with her and the same time I got my business done

I love this post office. The people that work there are extremely pleasant and welcoming. The wait might be one person maybe two. The nice thing is you always end up chatting with whoever is in line.
The Mail carriers honestly deliver the mail in any kind of weather imaginable. And they always have a smile. The supplies are always stocked for patrons convenience. It is greatly appreciated.
So, with stamps going up Three Cents each I do hope all of the people employed by the USPS GET A RAISE.
Thank you to all the kind people at the Buffalo, Missouri Post Office.
Sincerely,
Sandra Berenbrok

Counter staff is always pleasant and helpful. They lose a star because they actually lock the doors for a lunch hour. Come on! There is more than 1 employee here, stagger the lunch times or at least take it earlier or later than others. No government office should be closed between 12 and 1.
